This is an Educational Mobile app that helps an educational sector mentor and monitor a learners progress in realizing career potential. A learner identifies strength in performance and so determines the best career to pursue once done with education. This entails a learner setting targets with the assistance of a tutor, parent, and other stakeholders. Depending on subsequent performance, a learner can monitor whether she or he is still on the projected performance. The tool ensures that a parent, teacher, and other Educational officials can view and a childs performance and guide the learner anywhere and at any time regardless of whether the learner has transferred or not. This way, the tool ensures that a learner will land a career of choice and not just blunder into a career that was never ones passion.
